At ELEGOO US, we want you to be completely satisfied with your 3D printers and electronics; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Initiate your return by emailing our customer service team with your order number and a detailed reason for the request.

  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific warehouse address for your shipment.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original box with all accessories and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
